Someone who has lived nightlife from the inside — and loved it.
We’re looking for a person who can take real ownership of our nightlife operations, lead people, make decisions, and build a strong team and culture around them.
Your role:
- lead the day-to-day operations of our karaoke and nightlife venues
- lead managers and teams as a real leader — not just a supervisor
- own the guest experience from the door to the happy exit
- coordinate floor, bar, karaoke, security, reception and management
- solve problems quickly and calmly — especially when it’s loud, late and complicated
- maintain high operational standards across all venues
- improve systems, service and team performance
- work closely with the owners and have a real voice in how the business develops
You’re our person if:
- you have serious, proven experience in nightlife, hospitality or multi-venue operations — bars, clubs, karaoke or entertainment
- you understand that nightlife operations are very different from running a daytime restaurant
- people naturally follow you — you lead, not just manage
- you’re comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions
- you speak solid English
- you stay calm under pressure
- you notice problems before they become problems
- you want to build something, not just clock a shift
