Responsibilities:
- assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the highest culinary standards
- oversee food preparation and presentation, maintaining consistency and quality
- contribute to menu development with creativity and innovation, recipe testing, and kitchen setup aligned with St. Regis brand standards
- ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- lead, train, and inspire the culinary team to achieve excellence and foster a positive work environment
- monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain efficient kitchen operations
Requirements:
- proven experience as a Sushi Sous Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- creativity and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
- proficient in English required
