Main Duties:
- ensuring the smooth day to day room service / in-room-dining operation
- supervising and developing all Colleagues of the Room Service
- leading by example: providing impeccable room service experience
- achieving room service operational objectives
- participation in marketing initiatives and implementations of new ideas
- guaranteeing and enabling that the team meets all standards
- conducting frequent quality checks
- reading and contesting P/L report
The Ideal Profile:
- at least 3 years of relevant experience in fine-dining and/or 5-star hotel restaurant
- higher hospitality education
- proficient command of English and preferably Hungarian languages
- proven track of complex management experience
- high level of guest service skills & problem-solving skills
- professional self & corporate representation
- up-to-date knowledge of the Hungarian and international hospitality trends
