What you'll own:
- night-to-night operations across multiple venues
- a team that needs real leadership, not just supervision
- guest experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave happy
- solving problems fast with a smile
- coordinating between bar, floor, security, and management
You're our person if:
- you have real nightlife or multi-venue experience (bars, clubs, karaoke, entertainment)
- people follow you naturally — you lead, not just manage
- your English is strong; Hungarian is a bonus
- you stay cool when things get loud, late, and complicated
- you want to build something, not just clock in
