As a Waiter / Waitress, the key responsibility is to serve our guests to the highest possible standards in retail and dining areas, ensuring steps of service are followed at all times. Make guests feel at home, appreciated, and recognised while encouraging them to return and tell their friends.
Responsibilities:
- works with colleagues to provide guests with the most efficient service, in line with service standards
- communicates effectively with others to always ensure the highest possible standards, providing smooth and timely service
- greets and seat guests with a smile and eye contact, always polite and friendly
- makes service personal, connects with guests, shows they care and delivers great service
- ensures opening and closing procedures are completed to standard
- ensures section is kept clean, tidy and organised, complying with health and safety and food hygiene regulations, and practices clean as you go
- works efficiently across both dining and retail areas
- communicate any issues, comments, or special requests from guests to the management team
- ensure all restaurant, retail and guest areas are kept clean during shift and cleaning as required
- follows safe use and storage of chemicals as per company standards
Qualifications:
- native Hungarian speaker and good communication in English
- team player and positive attitude
- willingness to learn
