Responsibilities:
- oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation
- develop and refine our menu with creative, seasonal dishes
- manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
- train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and teamwork
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations
- ensure consistency in food presentation and taste
Requirements:
- proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef role
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of international and European cuisine
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and food presentation
- good organizational and time-management skills
