Tasks & Involvements:
- ensuring the smooth running of kitchen processes
- adhering to and working to the required standards
- coordinating and supervising staff under his/her control
- ensuring a high standard of workmanship at all times, presenting five-star quality food to guests
- ensuring that products and ingredients are professionally prepared and quality controlled
- preparing purchases and orders
- training new staff
- contributing to the development of menus for events and programs
The Ideal Candidate:
- professional qualification
- at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- proficient command of English and Hungarian languages
- varied and diverse range of cooking skills and methods of cooking
- experience in creating food displays/center-pieces
