This is a good opportunity for those who prefer a colourful job: Leading a team of 3 and managing together with them all the operative tasks of our 6-rooms boutique style home-hotel plus our 3 cozy Villa Bagatelle Salons.
Responsibilities in Villa Bagatelle Salons (with capacity for 25+10+10 people):
- guarantee the excelent service
- ensure that our positive, energetic spirit overperform the guests needs
- prepare offers according to business and private inquiries
- arrange all the related tasks, like orders, guest communication, invoicing
- prepare the venue and give professional service for the guests during the event
- proactive sales and marketing actions in cooperation with other departments
Responsibilities in Bagatelle Gardenhouse (with 6 rooms):
- ensure that everything in this unique venue is always in the highest quality in favour of our guest
- oversee the operation and support the colleagues to ensure the top service all the time
- be the welcoming leading host, keep an eye on the guests’ needs during their stay
- handle the processes like check-in, check-out, support room and breakfast preparation
- manage the back-office tasks, bookings, administration, guest communication
- work on the sales and marketing in cooperation with other departments
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in similar field
- strong guest orientation with naturally friendly attitude
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and in English
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and being flexible
- attentions to details
- strong problem solving skills
- administrative skills, including Word, Excel
- 3-5 years of experience in Gastro or Hospitality business

During the 12 years it has become the district's favorite place, with guests returning on a daily basis. The cozy atmosphere is combined with delicious flavors, high-quality ingredients, healthy and fresh products, free of additives and compromises. With our environmentally conscious operation, we have achieved that almost 80% of our packaging and cleaning materials are made from environmentally friendly materials. In 2020 the company widened its activity and created an outstanding 6-rooms boutique style home-hotel.
