MOOI CAFE is a novel all-day bistro experience located in Budapest, Hungary. Our passionate team manages a cafe that offers a wide range of food and beverage options ranging from coffee, craft beers, breakfast, brunch, snacks and dinner! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including managing staff, creating work schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels. Qualifications Experience in the food and beverage industry, including staff management and inventory control skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team and to handle difficult customer situations Experience with financial analysis and reporting, including P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control Knowledge of food and beverage regulations, safety, and sanitary practices Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field Fluency in Hungarian and English languages It would also be beneficial to have experience in marketing and social media management, as well as experience with specialty coffee preparation and brewing.
